Pros

None—the worst of the worst.

Cons

1. The salary is low. They say overtime pay starts counting after 6:30, in half-hour increments, but at 6:58 they will tell you to clock out, meaning they simply refuse to pay overtime. Everything written on 518 is a lie.

2. The agreed-upon clock-out time with the company was 6:00 p.m., yet when I clocked out, a senior employee inexplicably asked me, “Did you ask your supervisor for permission to leave?” I was completely confused. I replied, “I’m following the scheduled end time, so why do I need to ask for permission?” They directly dragged me to the supervisor to ask on my behalf. = =

3. It was only after I left that I discovered they had not enrolled employees in labor and health insurance on time. The people working there were all the owner’s daughters and sons, so you can imagine how poor the standards were.

4. If the company is still hiring, I do not recommend it—unless you have a strong tolerance for servility.

Cons

There are differences depending on the environment. The female manager is a very emotional person. I recommend that people who know Japanese need not look for a job at this company, as there are many companies better than this one. Although they say they will train newcomers, the training is a complete mess, and they often have no answer when asked questions. The main point is that you have to rely on yourself.
