Pros
The people are kind and don’t tend to make snide remarks.
Cons
No annual leave, no gift bonuses for the three major holidays (although this is stated on the job-search website), and no two-hour, 10-minute break.
The office is even hotter than the factory; the air conditioner is merely a decorative statue.
It’s a family business, with almost everyone being one of their own.
