1. After I took bereavement leave following a family member's death and vaccine leave, I was immediately fired, with the explanation that I had taken too much leave. However, I had actually taken all of it in accordance with the law, and personally, I don't think I violated any rules.
2. They want to pursue new types of marketing, but they don't listen to suggestions from younger people and still use very old-fashioned marketing methods, making it difficult to carry out work and planning.
