Pros

1. Applied for a quality control position. Although the production line requires overtime, quality control staff can generally avoid overtime on weekdays (according to the supervisor).

2. Microbiological testing experience or relevant certifications; salary is negotiable.

3. The department is staffed with six people (but only two were left on the day of the interview). The interviewing supervisor said everyone got along very well, yet six people also resigned at once (?)

4. Motorcycle parking is available.

Cons

1. The leave system follows a two-day weekend, but Sunday overtime shifts are required. However, when I stated during the interview that I could not work overtime on holidays, the supervisor said that would be fine (perhaps they are so short-staffed that they are just trying to get someone in first; I don't know what it will really be like after starting).

3. Lunch is not provided, so you have to arrange it yourself. However, there is only one 7-ELEVEN at the entrance to the alley; the company can help order meals.

3. You must have two full years of seniority to receive an annual bonus, and the bonus is only around one month's salary (company policy). If your performance is excellent, the supervisor can submit an application for an annual bonus after you complete one year (the supervisor only said they could help apply for the bonus after I said that learning the bonus was only available after two years made me not want to report for work).

4. The interviewing supervisor (I am not sure whether they were the head of the department) lacked professionalism and did not even know what expertise is required for food quality control.

5. The interview was held in the security guard room, which was filled with cigarette smoke. Although no one was smoking inside the plant, this is, after all, a logistics and fast-food vegetable supplier for the fast-food industry...
