Only received a salary.

To start with, regarding the basics—Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance, and labor pension contributions are all reported at amounts lower than the actual salary, and sometimes enrollment is even delayed... This harms employees' rights, and there is also no overtime pay!
The owner's wife responded that the company had always done things this way and thought there was no problem ^_^
As for the work environment, it is more like a warehouse, with cockroaches of various sizes frequently appearing...
