The benefits are okay

Supervisors often do not explain things clearly. When you ask follow-up questions, the answers they give are also very vague—you have to be psychic. If you are on the same wavelength, you can continue working together; if not, you will need to spend a lot of time communicating and making revisions.

After arriving on the 6th floor and entering the company, HR came in less than two minutes after I asked someone to let me into the office.

High salary, low reported pay. Extremely problematic—unbelievably bad. Very punctual for starting work, but never punctual for leaving. If you leave on time, you're screwed. Taking leave immediately puts you on the blacklist (unless you're a 宏人). Overtime pay requires a separate application. Only people helping out in the Logistics Department dare to apply, and even then, the overtime pay situation is very dubious.
