Read the community guidelinesThe atmosphere among colleagues is great, the supervisors are down-to-earth and easygoing, and the workload is not heavy, so there is time to take it easy. The amount of leave generally follows the Labor Standards Act, and you almost always get nine days off. Scheduling days off is flexible as long as colleagues coordinate with one another, and there is no issue with being prohibited from taking leave on holidays. Everyone there is experienced. Since the two morning-shift front desk staff cannot work the afternoon shift due to family obligations, the front desk has fixed shifts, so there is no need to rotate between morning and evening shifts as at other hotels, and your body clock does not get disrupted.
