This is a company that does not use a clock-in system—this is very important!!! Overtime is not paid. There are also no clock-in records. From time to time, they ask you to work overtime. Otherwise, they tell you to ride your own motorcycle around to buy things. There is absolutely no subsidy. The basic benefits and actual salary discussed in the recruitment advertisement and interview do not match. There is no habit of communicating about work arrangements. The boss suddenly says what needs to be done only when something occurs to him. Tasks are not arranged and explained in advance. When progress is slow, the boss curses people everywhere. He also berates employees for things he himself got wrong. He even sprayed betel nut juice onto other people’s clothes and hair. Eventually, I left.
