The base salary is only 23xxx NTD, and even after adding everything up, it only comes to 27,000 NTD
There are a bunch of long-timers, so newcomers basically have no room for promotion
I've been here for a month and a half, and more than 10 colleagues have already quit 🙄🙄
It's truly unbelievable!
