A small company with few employees
I heard that many things are not handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
You may be scolded or even threatened for taking leave.
There is no annual leave......
There is no overtime pay or anything like that.
I suggest that anyone considering going for an interview ask clearly about the company's salary, salary adjustment, annual leave, leave-taking, and other related policies.
