There is a junior owner at the company who, after joining a personal growth course, has constantly pressured employees to attend it. On top of that, he has recruited people from the course to join the company as employees, making the entire company a complete mess. There are also two long-serving employees who make things difficult for new hires at every turn and even argue and get into fights with other employees. The owner does nothing about it.
