Read the community guidelinesAll supervisors and colleagues are friendly, willing to share their knowledge, and learn from one another. The company atmosphere is great. Supervisors provide hands-on guidance, give employees appropriate opportunities to apply their abilities, and offer timely assistance when subordinates are unable to handle a problem. Overall, it is a company that is very suitable for gaining experience and learning. It is located in the Oriental Science Park, where there are plenty of lunch options, including a food court.

Salary conclusion: If you can only afford bananas, you can only hire monkeys. PTT users can save themselves the time of interviewing.
First interviewer: Senior RD manager
The senior manager first conducted an interview focused on personality traits, but in fact, he did not spend much time talking with the candidate. Instead, like an old-fashioned and unprofessional HR representative, he nitpicked the résumé and tried to push the salary down. The senior manager spent a great deal of time promoting his theory: young people should first hone their skills at a small company and then move to a large company to earn a high salary. There is nothing wrong with this idea, but it cannot reasonably justify their low salaries. Taiwan's industry has been characterized by low salaries for a long time, and the pay at 偉斯股份有限公司 is even far below the industry standard. Whether the owner is unwilling or unable to pay, a company like this is not worth wasting precious time interviewing with.
