Cons
There are many tasks, and they are very miscellaneous. It is a traditional family-owned company. They will tell you to leave work on time, but if you leave on time too many times, you will be reprimanded. There is no year-end party or year-end bonus, and the pay is also very poor (you are responsible for 5–7 roles and still cannot take leave; whenever you take leave, there is no one to cover your work, and the salary is under 30K).
