Pros
When it’s not busy, you have a lot of freedom, and the salary is always paid on time.
Cons
The pay is only minimum wage, and the lady boss also tries to test you in all sorts of ways. The whole family dreams of getting rich, but not one of them has any practical ideas. Eighty percent of the work done internally ends up being for nothing. Clients often require you to read their minds or handle rush jobs, so you need to be able to get things done quickly.
