A family-owned business where most of the supervisors are essentially family members! The pay is extremely low! Yet they are exceptionally demanding of employees. There is no overtime pay, and employees are required to arrive early for meetings during work hours or are asked to attend meetings right before the end of the workday. Meetings lack focus, are lengthy, and waste time. The supervisors are not very capable.
