Read the community guidelinesYazhou Entertainment Machinery Co., Ltd. is an outsourced contractor for Taipei Children’s Amusement Park. All the facilities that require extra payment belong to their company, and most are second-hand goods imported from mainland China.
The only advantage is that the part-time workers are fairly easy to get along with.
The store managers and assistant managers are also immature brats who were promoted from part-time positions. They act like lapdogs in front of the boss, and they also bully other full-time employees. They treat part-time workers like dogs too—not by insulting you to your face, but by berating you in group chats where everyone can see.
How many days a month a part-time worker can work depends on the store manager’s personal preferences. If the manager likes you or you know how to curry favor, you will get more shifts and are often assigned to the easier facilities.
If the manager dislikes you, they will cut your shifts, giving you only two or three days of work a month so that you cannot earn enough money and will leave on your own.
Working hours are 9:00–17:00. There are only 40 minutes for eating and resting, including the time spent buying food. If you are assigned a five-hour support shift, there is no break at all.
