Read the community guidelinesAlthough the headquarters has more employees, everyone in the office sits together without partitions. The work atmosphere is very relaxed, colleagues get along harmoniously, and everyone is easy to get along with. You can even play music while working. Those who like model toys should get along very well with everyone.
The salary is very low and includes the perfect-attendance bonus. The salary is not commensurate with the job responsibilities. Based on my understanding and past work experience, when an “assistant position” is advertised, there would normally be a supervisor above who is the primary person responsible for the relevant work, with the assistant helping the supervisor share their workload and handling related tasks assigned by the supervisor. In reality, however, the position is labeled as an assistant role and paid an assistant’s salary, but involves doing the work of a specialist. You are the primary person responsible for the work, which leads to a high turnover rate. No wonder the job responsibilities were not explained in much detail during the interview; even when I asked carefully about the duties, salary, and benefits, the questions were brushed aside.
Left waiting outside the store
They scheduled more than a dozen interviewees to interview at the store without spacing out the appointment times. As a result, while they interviewed the applicants one by one, the others were left waiting outside the whole time. They did not even know which interviewee they were up to. Without being reminded, they would not have known who the interviewees were. After the interviews, they likewise provided no updates, leaving the applicants waiting.
