Pros
The company provides meals, including overtime meals, and the supervisor is patient.
Cons
One person has to take on multiple roles; the base salary never gets adjusted. Although the position is listed as a drafting technician, office software is used more often than drafting software. You are often made the scapegoat for drawing problems. Meals are provided, but they taste bad. The supervisor is patient but does not know how to teach. You have to buy or bring your own water. Overtime is routine.
