Managers like to use emotional blackmail to get people to work.
They don’t provide an offer upon hiring, because the salary you agreed on will be cut.
The only thing left is the labor union, which still provides welfare payments. Nothing else.
1. Many managers are parachuted in, have little to show in terms of performance, and are basically decorative.
2. Some people take advantage of various business trips to eat and spend at the company's expense, yet bring back no results.
2. There are many long-serving employees who cannot absorb new knowledge and have old-fashioned ideas.
4. If they don't like you, they will do everything they can to make you resign. Do they think this is a communist country?
5. A certain manager often treats employees to pastries; after hearing so much bull, people become numb.
The above is my advice: run away quickly!!!

I saw that the job posting had been listed on a job bank for some time. I found a position that seemed suitable and thought I would submit my résumé to give it a try. On the day of the interview, the manager seemed very willing to hire me and made me an offer, but I did not agree right away because the salary was lower than at my previous company, and the salary during the three-month probation period would be a few thousand dollars lower still. A few weeks later, I called to ask about it, and the manager said that other internal staff had been transferred to help with the position, so the opening had been closed. However, for several months afterward and even now, I have continued to see the job posting being updated on the job bank. I was honestly speechless @@. During the interview, there were many personality tests, and the manager kept asking about how I handle working and cooperating with others. It made me feel as if there were a bunch of people inside who slacked off and could not do their jobs, and they were worried about hiring people like that, so they asked a lot of questions.
No advantages, except that it was terrible
