Small company. Hard to say—judge for yourself.
The company is fairly large
A friend of mine interviewed at the company. After the company notified him that he had been hired, an HR representative required him to undergo a health examination and open a bank account before reporting for work. Before opening the account, the bank called to inquire about the company, so there were no problems up to that point, and he successfully opened the account. Later that afternoon, my friend underwent the health examination, completing it and paying the expense. However, that evening he received a notice that the job offer was canceled... The representative said that another employee had decided not to resign, so he no longer needed to report for work. The company later required a second interview, of course refused to reimburse the health examination fee, and kept trying to push him toward another position he was not very interested in. Extremely disappointing. My friend turned down other interviews because of this company. In the end, the company’s own internal mistake was made the job applicant’s responsibility, and they even had a manager from an unrelated department act as a gatekeeper. If you are going to interview at this company, be careful and make sure to protect your rights. Don’t let this company take advantage of you.
