This company is still stuck in the past. On my first day at work, the boss’s wife told me that the company’s insured salary could only be set at NT$24,000. On payday, they didn’t provide a payslip either. I just wanted to understand how my salary was calculated.
They also force employees to work overtime. If you don’t, the boss’s wife keeps making sarcastic remarks to pressure you into working overtime! Attitude really matters!
