If you're considering joining, be mentally prepared. The company's SOPs have major issues. Ms. Kao from HR has a truly terrible attitude when speaking. The company can never recruit enough people and is always understaffed. When problems arise, no one provides support, leading to an endless amount of work under a responsibility-based system. You will never finish being busy.
