Before inviting someone to an interview, this company does not first review the candidate’s expected salary. My expected salary was 36,000–40,000, while the company’s stated range was under 30,000. Despite such a large discrepancy, the company still invited me to interview. I hope the company can improve in this regard to avoid wasting both the candidate’s time and the company’s time.
