This is a completely dishonest company. They notified me that I had been hired, but only informed me that the offer had been canceled one day before I was due to start, causing inconvenience and losses for the interviewee. If any members are going to interview or work at that company, please be careful to avoid being deceived.
1. Freedom—the supervisor doesn’t really keep tabs on you, as long as you get your own work done.
2. I’ve heard there’s a guaranteed year-end bonus of 1–2 months’ salary. There’s overtime pay too (though it depends on which department, haha).
3. The coworkers are all easy to get along with. The ones with problems are... well...
1. The overall processes lack structure, making it easier to crush ambitious newcomers.
2. Shipping is a complete mess; the goods are never ready.
3. Ocean freight is always rushed, and the freight forwarders yell all day long.
4. Air freight is always rushed, and the freight forwarders yell all day long.
5. When not enough goods are shipped, customers yell all day long.
6. The SOPs are set for nothing; they change every day.
7. If you have masochistic tendencies, this is a great place to go get abused for a while.
P.S. The turnover rate seems to be quite high, so think carefully.
Only the activities are flexible enough.
There’s nothing else.
The air is permeated with the smell of oil.
The floor is also very slippery, and there is no ventilation or air conditioning.
The office is very new, but you won’t get to use it anyway.
Sometimes you even see office staff come out to help with packing.
The inspectors also look like they will never finish inspecting the goods.
Even the lunch break isn’t really a break, and they casually assign work on top of that.
There are many long-time employees who shirk their responsibilities, resulting in very poor efficiency.
It is also clearly still a family business.
When introducing the environment:
The office is fairly new, but you don't really get to use it
There is overtime pay
The floor is extremely greasy
The air is permeated with the foul smell of chemical oil
When I first arrived at the company, I found that the air conditioning was completely off. It was unbearably hot and stuffy even in the meeting room
Every day there are endless things to inspect. I am often sent back and forth and have no opportunity to develop any specialization
Reports are also written in a completely disorganized manner, with no professionalism whatsoever
I am often scolded even when something has nothing to do with me. The product quality also seems to need improvement, as problems occur frequently
Inspections often continue past the lunch break, with no mention of any additional allowance; instead, the end of the workday is simply extended after lunch
