There was absolutely no training for new hires, yet they expected you to know those things. After asking a few people, I found that they had only joined one or two months earlier than I had and also knew little about the work. There were not many people at the company, so the turnover rate appeared to be very high.
The female boss’s arrogant attitude made people uncomfortable.
This happened several years ago. Although I did not stay for very long, it was a very unpleasant memory and work experience.
