They cut salaries at the drop of a hat
Awful
An awful company that basically doesn’t follow the Labor Standards Act, a company that tricks you into joining first and sorts things out later
None
Evades the Labor Standards Act; hourly wage of 100. The boss is neurotic every day.
He asks you to buy things, and if he is dissatisfied with the price, he says you took a kickback from the supplier.
One person is expected to do the work of three people, and must be able to do everything.
You have to do everything. After making you handle a huge number of tasks, the boss still says you are very idle.
The company is extremely stingy. Things you buy on its behalf may not necessarily be paid for.
The job was agreed to be stationed at location A, but in reality you have to go to locations B, C, D, E, F, and various other places to work on different projects.
He nitpicks over every expense and says the employees are all spending his money.
He does not even want to buy drinking water and often refuses to acknowledge expenses.
He has an unjustifiably positive opinion of himself and thinks he does an excellent job and that everyone says so.
He wants to control everything, says he has high standards, and constantly fixates on pointless matters, preventing others from working.
When you try to discuss official duties or how to carry out an engineering project, he says, “I don’t want to know. Don’t tell me so much.”
Then he keeps insisting that things be done his way. (Because he refuses to discuss things, he has no idea that his method cannot be used.)
Because he wants to control everything, he makes matters worse and worse.
The boss cannot retain employees, and cannot even retain suppliers.
Suppliers do not want to work with him, so it is extremely difficult even to find suppliers.
He often does not want to spend money to hire suppliers, so he finds ordinary members of the public and deceives them by saying that the job is simple and might involve going underwater to retrieve things.
In reality, it is full of feces, extremely smelly, impossible to see through, and has underwater currents.
Something that originally cost 100,000 is handled for only 10,000, with no regard for other people’s safety.
He does not care about the safety of other employees either.
There are almost no occupational safety facilities. He only buys them when he wants to submit a reimbursement claim, making the work very dangerous.
If one person is willing to do something, he scolds the others and asks why they are not doing it.
The employees are all very fond of shirking responsibility. They volunteer to tell the boss that they can handle work for other projects, then dump the work on someone else, saying they are busy and have no time. They make others do work that does not belong to that project and is not their responsibility.
In short, this is an extremely terrible company.
