Do not go there under any circumstances. The boss’s focus is entirely on China; Taiwan is merely struggling to keep a loss-making operation afloat. It is a company with no prospects that only exploits its workers and sales staff. Even if you work there for a long time, you still will not receive any bonuses because it is constantly losing money, so there will not be any year-end bonus either.
