Pros
The salary and benefits are better than those at ordinary companies— not the best, but better than most.
Every year, salaries are adjusted. New hires start at NT$38,000, which becomes NT$45,000 after 3–4 years.
Cons
Overtime is frequent (with overtime pay). The hierarchy is very rigid, and you have to follow the rules set by those above you.
