High employee turnover; they often lay people off before the Lunar New Year. Anyone considering joining should think carefully.

A lousy family business. They speak to people with contempt, and the overall impression is terrible. There’s a young person full of superiority who will criticize you as if you’re completely worthless. They talk as though the company is so great, but the salary is only 28,000, with no path to a raise. Overtime is treated as part of your responsibility, and I’ve heard they may fire people at any time.

After agreeing on an interview time, they suddenly notified me that the supervisor had something to attend to and asked whether the interview time could be changed. After the time was changed and I arrived, the supervisor said after only a few minutes that they had something urgent to attend to and had to leave. After leaving, they called to say that they had forgotten to give me some documents to fill out and asked me to go back and complete them.
Apparently, other people’s time doesn’t count as time.
No need to clock out.
People are constantly shuffled around internally, and it’s always the same few people manipulating the company.
The workforce is constantly being downsized—downsized to the point of being delisted.
Many parachuted-in hires have extremely high salaries. They speak in a mix of Chinese and English during meetings, so you can survive for a long time~
Salary allocation is unfair; the rates quoted through referrals differ from those offered through direct interviews.
There is a lot of infighting among colleagues. The R&D team thinks it is very strong, but is actually not competitive. If you work in automation, you can work yourself to death without receiving any thanks. The sales team is very incompetent, and the managers are all frogs in a well.

The interviewer was disrespectful to the candidate, conducting the interview while scrolling on their phone! They said the company benefits were better than those at other companies, but then offered an absurdly low salary! Do they think I just entered the workforce?
They didn’t even look at my salary expectations! There was a written test, but it wasn’t important! Because they wouldn’t look at it anyway! Overall, it was a terrible experience!

The interviewer’s attitude was seriously problematic. They judged a person’s abilities based on age!
They immediately offered a very unacceptable salary, then randomly flipped through my résumé and told me that, because of my age, I couldn’t receive the salary I had requested!
If they had said my abilities were insufficient, I would have accepted that. But I cannot agree with judging someone based on age!
The salary I requested for the same position—I interviewed at other companies, and no one ever said it was too high.
Of course, I can’t say anything about the company setting its salary; that’s not the point I care about.
Also, they did not ask about my experience at all. At the very least, regarding the NPI lines I’ve handled, I may have handled more than your entire plant....
Then they started scrolling through their phone, continuing to brainwash me by saying that I was too young, and that the company’s benefits were better than those elsewhere, and so on...
They also said that if they had to choose, they would choose your colleague <the previous interviewee>.
He is older than you and didn’t ask for a salary like yours!
Little did they know that my colleague told me he had asked for considerably more than I did... They clearly hadn’t even looked at my résumé.....
Finally—if you’re going to interview there, think twice~
