Cons

⚠️ For job seekers’ reference; please evaluate carefully ⚠️

This is a summary of personal work experience:

• The salary is paid on a daily basis; there is no pay when absent, and there have been no salary adjustments for a long time.

• The company does not provide year-end bonuses.

• There have been disputes involving the underreporting of high salaries for Labor Insurance, affecting employees’ Labor Insurance rights.

• The actual job duties differ significantly from the original job description, and employees may be required to provide irregular support for on-site miscellaneous tasks unrelated to their position.

• Work rules and procedures are not transparent; job transfers and management methods are highly dependent on individual decisions.

• When employees did not cooperate with arrangements, there were instances in which work equipment (computers and telephones) was removed.

• The leave and compensatory leave systems lack consistent standards and may change at any time.

• Domestic and overseas business trips come with no additional allowances; only the basic daily wage is paid.

• The working environment and facilities are in poor condition; applicants should assess their own level of acceptance.

Overall, the risks related to company policies and labor protections are relatively high.

Those who value labor rights, clear systems, and job stability are advised to consider carefully.

Pros

None

Cons

1. The environment is terrible, and the factory is old and run-down.

2. The boss is timid and hesitant, and seems not to be very good at management—you can tell just by looking at the factory equipment. The company has been established for so long, yet it is still so small; the boss must have poor business judgment and not know how to manage the company.

There is no need to mention the benefits either. Apart from complying with the Labor Standards Act, there is nothing else particularly attractive.

Overall, the impression is very poor.
