The company has no capable people, including its top executives, and offers no prospects for development. It is only suitable for long-serving employees to coast toward retirement; the longer your tenure, the fewer responsibilities you have. During the interview, be sure to ask clearly about the salary structure. If the year-end bonus is described as one month’s salary, the actual amount may be the full-salary figure multiplied by a significant reduction, because it is based on the minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Standards Act.
