A terrible company. The managers only care about themselves, not the employees. Whenever you ask a manager about a problem, they just give you the runaround. There is also a younger sister called the owner’s sister, who walks around all day with a stinky, sour-faced expression as if someone owed her money. In short, it’s absolutely awful.

The boss is emotionally unstable, changes decisions repeatedly, and gives unclear instructions.
They habitually use company resources for their own personal interests, then tell you that it is very important.
When you point out that this prevents you from completing your actual work, they ask why you do not work overtime, even though you are already working from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day.

They are extremely penny-pinching, with no concept of maintaining backup staff. During peak seasons, they ask everyone to support tasks outside their regular duties, such as helping with shipping.
Any losses incurred by the company are passed on to employees through deductions from their salaries.
A wave of resignations began some time ago; basically, those who have not resigned are just waiting for retirement.
