Read the community guidelinesMany lunchbox dishes, but only a NT$15 subsidy
During working hours, employees are forced to go to the back factory to help with packaging. There was an additional bonus for helping with packaging, but later it was not paid. The owner’s wife did not keep her word, using many excuses to deceive employees and withhold the bonus provided for under the system. In addition, the leave policy violates the Labor Standards Act. Most outrageously, the company failed to enroll employees in National Health Insurance for two consecutive months, and afterward said it would make up the coverage. This is a factory with no systems, no organizational structure, and no sense of solidarity.
