1. Fixed-term contracts range from 1 to 6 months. It often happens that the company terminates the contract early before it expires, or that work continues after the contract expires without a new contract being signed.
2. Internal administrative efficiency is poor; employees are only pressured to handle matters proactively when they benefit the company.

4. Before joining the company, make sure to agree whether overtime will be paid as overtime wages or compensated with time off in lieu. Otherwise, there is a high possibility that you will not receive overtime pay, or that the overtime pay will be reduced.
