Read the community guidelinesDuring both the PVD and CVD supervisor interviews, they provided detailed explanations of the job duties, company benefits, salary, overtime pay, and other things I wanted to know.
During the PVD supervisor interview,
a clueless engineer passing by the entrance suddenly coughed loudly several times in a row, and then even glanced over at me...
During the CVD supervisor interview,
the receptionist in the back coughed loudly.
Sending a secret signal?? Are they sick?
As a result, I was startled twice in total during my interviews with the supervisors!
This company gives people the impression that it does not respect interviewees!
Not having a meeting room would be one thing, but the lobby was also extremely noisy!
Strongly not recommended!
1.) For a tech company, the pressure is relatively low, making it suitable for people without much ambition.
2.) In most cases, overtime is unnecessary. Most employees are nowhere to be found after work, so there is little overtime culture.
3.) Most colleagues are fairly friendly, but it depends on the person when it comes to those in official positions........
1.) The bureaucratic culture is extremely strong. People with ambition or who want to get things done will be constantly beaten down by negative energy here.
2.) The work environment and hardware are extremely old, and the space is cramped—uncomfortable to the point that you feel uneasy as soon as you walk in.
3.) Salaries are on the low side of the industry, and raises are also rare. It may be suitable for newcomers to gain experience, but ambitious people should leave quickly. This company offers little room for development.
4.) Certain people in official positions have privileges, and their power is excessive without a clear separation between personal and professional matters, so junior employees are constrained at every turn.
The supervisor clearly explains the job responsibilities and possible situations that may arise at work... They are very polite and respectful toward interviewees.
The HR attitude is extremely poor~
They don’t even understand the most basic principles of treating people with courtesy and mutual respect,
moreover, they failed to notify me for two full weeks about whether I was accepted,
when the interviewee proactively called to inquire,
the HR’s attitude was extremely poor!
So, best of luck filling those never-ending vacancies~
*You have to fill in a lot of information and answer many questions, which may take more than half an hour.
The colleagues are easy to get along with, working hours are punctual, and the job stress is low.
There are no benefits, and the salary is not high for the park. It’s a place to coast until retirement.
