Read the community guidelinesFlexible management, regular working hours, and supervisors who are fairly easy to communicate with.
Cliques are a serious issue in the Fashion BU, especially among several long-serving employees who have formed a small circle. The boss may also be turning a blind eye. The most serious example is a certain marketing team leader whose educational and professional background is actually fairly ordinary. This woman is highly emotional and difficult to communicate with. Whenever things do not go her way or meet her expectations, she often shouts loudly within the team and berates others at a high volume. Everyone may have become accustomed to it, but this behavior is very unprofessional and lacking in basic decorum.
She also engages in covert bullying of colleagues she dislikes, treating people differently based on whom she favors, making collaboration difficult to advance.
If you continue staying here over the long term, it will not be beneficial to your personal development. This is my sincere advice.
