Read the community guidelinesThe company is located in the Changbin Industrial Park and is a new facility. The interview process consisted of two stages. In the first stage, the department asked basic questions, and the discussion about abilities went very well. The second interview was with an executive manager. The conversation was very friendly, and they seemed genuinely committed to running the company. It felt nice.
As it is a small or medium-sized enterprise, the organization is understaffed, and the pay it can offer is limited.

Basically, it has all of them; the environment there is truly the best of all the places where I’ve interviewed.
It is on the outermost edge of the Changhua Coastal Industrial Park, and the wind is incredibly strong.
The MIS specialist position requires work experience, but the listing on 104 stated that experience was not required. I also told HR before the interview that I had no work experience, but I was still brought in for an interview. It felt like HR was trying to meet a performance target, and ultimately I received no response.
