Read the community guidelines1. Fixed two-day weekend.
2. The pace is extremely fast-paced and fulfilling, with multiple tasks carried out simultaneously and no downtime~ You will experience an exceptionally intensive and fulfilling workday.
The working hours for an internal sales and administrative staff member are tightly scheduled and very fulfilling. As soon as you start work, you will continuously process business tasks such as entering orders into the system, answering phone calls, replying to Line messages, and calling customers, right up until the lunch break. The supervising manager will encourage you to become a learner who can immediately get started after hearing something just once, with the intelligence to pick things up right away, as well as diligence and enthusiasm for the work (a voluntary passion for learning without the need for overtime pay).
After returning to work on time in the afternoon, the pace will remain tight until the end of the workday. If you are quick and efficient, you can try to leave on time as much as possible. However, when there is a large volume of shipments, you will need to flexibly assist with tasks such as packing goods downstairs and cooperate with irregular overtime (in principle, overtime is not encouraged, so there is no overtime pay, but you must be able to cooperate with irregular overtime).
2. Lunch breaks usually begin on time. There is a rice steamer and a water dispenser, so you can bring your own lunch and steam it.
3. Salaries are paid in cash. There is no bank-account transfer process; salary is paid in cash each month.
4. Best wishes to employees who are not a good fit
Assistant staff turnover is high. For internal administrative positions, the company generally interviews two people. During the interview and before formal employment, it will be explained that two employees are needed (with two employees, the related required work can also be completed very intensively and fully each day).
Before the probationary period is nearly complete, one of the two employees may be notified by the supervisor that they are not a good fit and asked to leave voluntarily (in principle, the company will not issue an involuntary separation form; please pay attention to your own employment rights, and best wishes to those leaving in finding a good next job). The remaining employee will take over all related administrative work. After some time, an assistant may leave because they do not meet the job expectations, and the company will continue recruiting two new employees.
