Pros
Overtime pay can only be requested when there is a project requiring overtime.
Cons
1. If you leave work on time, you may be questioned about why you are leaving so punctually and asked to stay for “self-directed learning” (without overtime pay).
2. You may be questioned for eating breakfast (bread) at work.
3. The company atmosphere is quite gloomy, and some colleagues speak rudely; when you ask questions, they respond sarcastically.
4. You may be subjected to the silent treatment when you take leave.
