Cons
Saying one thing and doing another; the company has no rules or standards whatsoever. The tragic part is that the project manager cannot understand vendor invoices and can only shout around the office. Even more tragic is that the boss is constantly out of the loop and only knows to ask what you are doing now. After subordinates have been used, they try every possible way to get rid of them.
Slogang says that work should emphasize quality; work should emphasize cost; efficiency; and responsibility.
