Read the community guidelinesThe HR staff are friendly; otherwise, nothing.
The female manager is a smiling tiger. As long as an interviewee does not give the answer she wants, she will smilingly dismiss the interviewee’s response. She will even keep repetitively asking the interviewee for details about the work processes at their previous company. Not wanting to answer is apparently not an option, and throughout the process she repeatedly became agitated and slapped the table, saying: “What I’m asking is…” (omitted)
Is it really not acceptable to refuse to discuss the work processes because I want to keep everything about my previous company private? I don’t understand why she kept fixating on “work processes.” What if the process is not permitted to be disclosed externally? Even though I understand that asking about the work process is for reference, I still would not answer. People should still have some professional ethics, shouldn’t they?
In summary: It’s simply a terrible company with no professional ethics!
