Cliques are a serious problem, and the work is very disorganized. There are no fixed tasks to do. Long-term employees are very good at shirking responsibility; they just talk and say, “If there’s something to do, find the team leader; if there’s nothing to do, find the team leader.” When the team leader isn’t there, you can only stand around dazed, and no one pays any attention.

The accounting lady with the dark marks on her face has a really foul mouth, and she’s terrible at counting money, often getting the calculations wrong. She keeps saying that she’s busy all day long, but she’s actually very idle. Her time is time, but other people’s time isn’t time.

Same company as Liangyou International Food Co., Ltd.

When the government declares a typhoon day off, it is counted as unpaid leave!

When problems occur in the server room, employees are forced to take leave, which is also counted as unpaid leave!

During the interview, they only said that public holidays would be days off and completely failed to mention the possibility of unpaid leave.

They said it was basic pay, but only after receiving the money did I discover that one day’s pay was just 7XX, which works out to an hourly wage of only 9X—less than 100—and it was paid by check!

The company is next to Bank of Taiwan, yet they issue checks from a different bank.

Employee turnover is extremely high. New hires often quit after working for just one day or even half a day. Long-term employees laugh behind their backs, saying that those who quit are useless and lack the stamina to stick it out.

Most employees are foreign workers who speak about you right in front of you, and you cannot understand them at all. You have to stand all day and keep walking around. The work is complicated and chaotic, and every employee takes other people’s things without permission, regardless of whether you need them. Often, you turn around and the item in your hand has been taken, yet you cannot even see who took it.

Anyone can come and occupy the spot where you are working to “help,” resulting in more than half of the work you were doing being taken over. When getting things, you have to go around the people who block your position, while you are not allowed to block anyone else’s position; people will criticize you and drive you elsewhere.

Every employee tells a different story and passes the buck. One person says A, and you follow the instructions, but when you turn around, another person says B. You may even be criticized and asked how you can not understand, making it difficult to get anything done.
