Pros
The work atmosphere is relaxed, and lunch is provided.
Cons
The location is very remote, up in the mountains; unless you drive yourself, it is impossible to get there. Overall, it is a dirty and disorderly factory environment, with the office inside the factory building. The noise, odors, and cigarette smoke are unbearable. The industry is constrained and has no prospects; the company only has manufacturing capabilities and lacks R&D. Based on the current situation, it probably will not survive for more than five years.
