1. The salary includes perfect-attendance bonuses, transportation, and meal allowances (so when you take leave, the deduction is substantial!).
2. The internal paperwork is extremely! Extremely! Heavy! There is endless paperwork, and it is very time-consuming.
(Simply put, a company of ten people uses the paperwork processes of a company with hundreds or thousands of employees.)
3. If the boss “feels” that you are not suitable for the job, you will be laid off the next day.
(I was there for two months, and the boss fired six people. The company only had ten people at the time! Not enough staff? Not enough time for handovers? The boss only wanted to quickly get rid of people he thought were unsuitable, and did not care about any of that—you had to figure it out yourself.)
4. The boss does not come into the office, so things are constantly discussed by phone and through remote meetings. (The sky is high and the earth is vast, but the boss is higher than the emperor!)
5. The boss is very high-pressure. Coworkers are afraid of being scolded, so they pass the buck whenever possible; as long as they do not get scolded, that is all that matters. (Because after scolding you, they might ask you to leave the next day~)
