Basically, the starting salary is not high, but it is negotiable.
Cons
1. The interview with Mr. Tong may take more than an hour. He asks a lot of questions, including asking you to introduce your family members.
2. If you are applying for a sales position, pay attention to whether the videos you watch at the beginning mention “the salary will be reduced to 1.1 times the minimum wage.” If so, consider it carefully.
