- Leaving work on time
- The location is extremely remote and highly inconvenient.
- The water is often suddenly shut off, making it impossible to flush the toilet.
- They cut costs at employees’ expense, controlling the air-conditioning temperature and the water flow from the sinks. The air conditioning is terrible, constantly switching between too hot and too cold—some people complain that they’re cold while others sweat from the heat.
- The boss does not respect professional expertise. Suggestions from people they dislike are never adopted, while the exact same suggestions are immediately approved when proposed by family members. They often make nice-sounding promises to change things, but their actions tell a different story.
- Their thinking is very traditional. They do not accept innovation, yet envy the results achieved by innovative brands.
- The company has no plan for the products it represents. Product planning and workflows are completely chaotic. The boss does whatever comes to mind, expects it to be done immediately, and wants to see results right away. If results are not immediately visible, it means you lack ability.
- Departments pass the buck to one another, and no one in the entire company is willing or able to make decisions and take responsibility.
- Those who know how to cozy up to the boss have the easiest lives.
- Policies change constantly and without warning.
The company owner is quite nice and willing to give people without experience a chance.
The benefits are also pretty good, and you can leave 15 minutes early.
I applied for the position of purchasing assistant, and I had no experience.
However, my supervisor was the same age as me. She did not know how to train people or give me a chance; she only complained to another female colleague.
This is very not okay.
The HR and accounting person also only supported her. The owner was very nice and even spoke up for me.
But this purchasing supervisor is extremely bad. The woman's name is Charxxx.
She was solely intent on forcing me to leave.
