Pros
The environment is nice, you can listen to music, and the foreign workers are all very friendly. You can chat with them.
Cons
Overtime is announced at the last minute, usually only one or two hours before the end of the workday. If you don’t work overtime, the supervisor looks very displeased. It’s an overly traditional industrial factory, the turnover rate is very high, and the supervisor’s attitude is very poor.
