Read the community guidelinesThe work involves many trivial and miscellaneous tasks, but it is very challenging and offers the opportunity to learn many things that are not taught in school.
The warehouse is extremely hot in summer and quite cold in winter.
Quiet work environment, and the work is not difficult
The boss is always hiring a bunch of crybabies who do nothing at work and only want to collect bonuses. They contribute nothing but constantly demand rewards. It’s easy to hire them but hard to get rid of them. They even hope the boss will fire them so they can receive government subsidies, pocket a nice sum, and then spread all kinds of nonsense online.
1. The office air conditioning is freezing cold (no need to worry about summer).
2. You can eat as many instant noodles as you want in the pantry (no need to worry about not having anything to eat for lunch; some employees even treat them as provided meals and cook them every day).
3. You can make and drink the coffee packets in the pantry (not sure whether they have expired, and no one checks).
1. The people hired are all very impractical. They clearly cannot even use basic office software and type slowly, yet their full salary can reach 35K. It is only when receiving the pay statement on payday that you find out the base salary is just 20K. With various additions, the basic salary only reaches 25K, and after labor and health insurance deductions, there is not much money left. The salary is ridiculously low.
2. The boss keeps praising the parachuted-in manager and how capable they are, but they are only good at talking and have not actually achieved particularly good results.
3. The parachuted-in manager brought their own people into the company, gave them titles, and negotiated salaries higher than those of the previous employees.
4. The warehouse is clearly understaffed. They say they will hire more people, but never do. Every day, we are exhausted from working like dogs.
5. The salary and benefits are terrible, and whether there is a company dinner also depends on the company’s arrangements.
6. I have no comment on salary adjustments because the person who interviewed me was different from the person who made the decision afterward, so there is no written proof that the salary will be adjusted after the probationary period.
7. One department is made up of 80% newcomers, but even after the newcomers have been there for three months, they still do not clearly know what products the company has. Are they actually doing any work at the company? I really wonder whether they can receive a salary like this.
8. Overtime pay is not calculated according to the Labor Standards Act. Instead, the total hours are added together and multiplied by 1.33. Is this reasonable?
9. The company owner has stipulated which periods during the day employees who smoke may go out for a cigarette. The new manager says that smoking during work hours means you have to leave work later. So from now on, anyone who wants to smoke will have to find the manager and go together.
Free expired food to eat
This company’s salaries are on the low side. Most of the pay is padded with allowances, and one person is expected to do the work of two. There is a lot of work, but because the base salary is low, even working a lot of overtime does not earn much overtime pay.
The company deducts welfare fees, but provides virtually no benefits. It also has not announced the members of the welfare committee, raising suspicions of opaque dealings. Employees received birthday gift vouchers in their first year, but they were not issued the following year, with no announcement or explanation at all.

I used to work at this company. During the interview, they completely failed to mention that the salary included an attendance bonus, and that taking leave would result in a deduction of 3,000.
They said there would be bonuses, but even after working there for three months, I never received any bonus.
No employee has worked there for a full year. There are surveillance cameras everywhere in the company, making it feel like a prison. If you actually get an interview at this company, please skip it.
