Facilities management is placed under the Administration Department and managed by a manager who lacks a technical background.
The working environment is harsh and dangerous, requiring long-term contact with and handling of chemical waste liquids (mixed acids/alkalis). The Administration Department manager considers it not dangerous and believes that Facilities staff are paid too much, yet expects you to handle the water, electricity, gas, and wastewater systems. They only want obedient slaves, not capable people, and will use surveillance cameras to monitor Facilities staff’s system-monitoring standby time.
