Read the community guidelinesThe boss and the lady boss are both very easy to get along with. They have a down-to-earth, rural feel and don’t act like stereotypical exploitative bosses. They also care a lot about how you’re doing. The colleagues are all young, easy to get along with, and easy to communicate with. The compensation is also very good.
For me personally, the only issue is probably that the little dog in the company is very noisy.
The boss and the lady boss are, after all, older seniors, so some of their ideas are less likely to change.
People who are used to working independently may not be a good fit.
